hee!! been taking celebtrim for this few days, having a surprised result.. as wat the pdt says "it able to surpress the appitite" is really true!! i used to be a big eater, but now no..
i wont be thinking of food, or even shld say feel so hungry tat easily.. used to eat 2 bowls of rice n also aft eating my normal meal i will take snacks like: tibits, chocolates and stuffs which can cause u get fat! haha!! also every 3 hrs i will start sourcing for food to make my stomach feel full.. which i felt is abit too off for a gal to eat so much, n also i been told tat i shldnt eat so much of food..
as i have so gastric problem which will be trigger by eating too much of food.. so i decided to try out to see whether this pdt works.. so after trying it.. i shld say "oh my gosh" is really control my appitete... i still takes normal meals but with a lesser potion and also wont crave for tibits or other stuffs..
what i am taking for my meals right nw:
Morning:
Milo/tea
bread or noodles (depends wat my mum cooks or packed)
Afternoon:
Fruit juices/plain water
sandwiches
Fruits
Dinner:
Rice ( 1 small bowl)
or
take some snacks ( small potion)
After meals no more craving on snacks or tibits already!! (surprise?)
That's all i am taking for everyday, as u can see is a big improvement.. a person who use to eat 2 bowls of rice for 3 meals to a person who can take such a small potion of food is really a mircale.. haha!! no joke!! really would encourage u guys to try out.. n a definetly u can lost weight!! n this is a healthy losing weight.. no need u to starve urself by skipping meals.. is juz help u to control ur appitete which can surpress u frm tinking of food or even taking snacks!so wat u waiting buy n try it out!!
(p.s. results are varies frm individual body, and this pdt are suitable for vegetarins)
**hw you are going to consume this pdt, 2-3 caps twice a day - advise: continue normal meals (small potions), take in more fruits and vegs, don consume food aft 6pm onwards (this time is the time whereby food is difficult to be burned out frm our body), drink plenty of plain water rather than drinking soda water or sweet drink and avoid consuming fried food, most importantly.. exercise more!!
