Super ABOBA is a slimming product that takes advantage of a method of slimming which targets each individual blood group. The name ABOBA is derived from the 4 major blood types “AB”, “O”, “B” & “A”.
BLOOD TYPE SLIMMING
The idea to slim down through targeting individual blood groups is not new. It has proven to be extremely popular in Japan and Korea for some time.
There have been numerous researches in the last few years on how each type of food react differently to people of the 4 blood types. Capitalising on this research, Super ABOBA has been developed and formulated with food ingredients to help each blood type achieve a slimming effect.
BLOOD TYPE CHARACTERISTICS
Because each blood type is different and reacts differently to food, it explains why some people are able to lose weight on a particular diet while others cannot. It also explains to a certain degree why some people are more susceptible to diseases and illness, while others may live healthily even during the later part of their lives.
This is because we are all biologically unique and this uniqueness is most obvious through our different blood types.
The functions of our blood are many, but one of the most important being to supply nutrients and oxygen to the various organs in our body in order for them to function. When the supply of nutrients and oxygen is cut, the organ that is not receiving these vital “fuel” will break down. Depending on the importance of the damaged organ, severity may lead to death.
Our blood also acts as a cleaning agent, through carrying waste materials (metabolic by-products) out from the body to be disposed through the various detoxification channels in the body.
Food and supplements contain protein called lectins. When we eat, these lectins will cause a chemical reaction between our blood and they will either be rejected or accepted by the body, depending on the pre-programmed blood types. If the lectins are incompatible with our blood type, a process known as agglutination occurs. Agglutination is the clumping of cells by incompatible lectins in the body. This may lead to an imbalance in digestion, metabolism and immune system.
According to recent research, understanding how each blood type reacts to different foods can help us achieve a healthier state physically and mentally. Below is a brief description of each individual blood type & a chart describing how each type of food affects weight:
Type O
Your Diet Type Os thrive on intense physical exercise and animal protein. The success of the Type O Diet depends on your use of lean, chemical-free meats, poultry, and fish. Type Os don’t find dairy products and grains as user friendly as do most of the other blood types because their digestive systems still have not adapted to them fully.
Foods that encourage weight gain:
Wheat Gluten
interferes with insulin efficiency slows metabolic rate
Corn
interferes with insulin efficiencyslows metabolic rate
Kidney Beans
impair calorie utilization
Navy Beans
impair calorie utilization
Lentils
inhibit proper nutrient metabolism
Cabbage
inhibits thyroid hormone
Brussels Sprouts
inhibits thyroid hormone
Cauliflower
inhibits thyroid hormone
Mustard Greens
inhibit thyroid production
Foods that encourage weight loss:
Kelp
contains iodineincreases thyroid hormone production
Seafood
contains iodineIncreases thyroid hormone production
Iodized Salt
increases thyroid hormone production, contains iodine. (It is preferable that you obtain your iodine from sources such as seafood and kelp, as sodium can contribute to high blood pressure and water retention)
Liver
B-vitamin source, aids efficient metabolism
Red Meat
aids efficient metabolism
Kale, Spinach, Broccoli
aid efficient metabolism
Type A
Your Diet Type A flourish on vegetarian diets – the inheritance of their more settled and less warlike farmer ancestors. It is particularly important for sensitive Type As to get their foods in as natural a state as possible: fresh, pure and organic.
Foods that encourage weight gain:
Meat
poorly digested, stored as fat, increases digestive toxins
Dairy Foods
inhibit nutrient metabolism, increases mucous secretions
Kidney Beans
interfere with digestive enzymes, slow metabolic rate
Lima Beans
interfere with digestive enzymes, slow metabolic rate
Wheat
(in overabundance) impairs calorie utilization
Foods that encourage weight loss:
Vegetable oils
aid efficient digestion, prevent fluid retention
Soy foods
efficient digestion, metabolize quickly, optimize immune function
Vegetables
aid efficient metabolism, increase intestinal mobility
Pineapple
increases calorie utilization, increases intestinal mobility
Type B
Your Diet Type B can best be described as idiosyncratic – with utterly unique and sometimes chameleonlike characteristics. On the whole, the sturdy and alert Type Bs are usually able to resist many of the most severe diseases common to modern life. Yet because Type Bs are somewhat offbeat, their systems seem more prone to exotic immune-system disorders, such as multiple sclerosis, lupus, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Foods that encourage weight gain:
Corn
inhibits insulin efficiency, hampers metabolic rate, causes hypoglycemia
Lentils
inhibit proper nutrient uptake, hamper metabolic efficiency, cause hypoglycemia
Peanuts
hamper metabolic efficiency, cause hypoglycemia, inhibit liver function
Sesame seeds
hamper metabolic efficiency, cause hypoglycemia
Foods that encourage weight loss:
Green vegetables
aid efficient metabolism
Meat
aid efficient metabolism
Liver
aid efficient metabolism
Eggs/ Low-Fat Dairy products
aid efficient metabolism
Licorice Tea
counters hypoglycemia (never take licorice supplements without a doctor’s supervision. Licorice tea is okay.)
Type AB
Your Diet Blood Type AB is less than a thousands years old, rare (2 – 5% of the population), and biologically complex. Type AB Diet requires that you read your foods lists very carefully, and familiarize yourself with both the Type A and Type B diets to better understand the parameters of your own diet.
Foods that encourage weight gain:
Red Meat
poorly digested, stored as fat, toxifies intestinal tract
Seeds
cause hypoglycemia
Kidney Beans
inhibit insulin efficiency, cause hypoglycemia, slow metabolic rate
Lima Beans
inhibit insulin efficiency, cause hypoglycemia, slow metabolic rate
Wheat
decreases metabolism, inefficient use of calories, inhibits insulin efficiency
Buckwheat
causes hypoglycemia
Corn
inhibits insulin efficiency
Foods that encourage weight loss:
Tofu
